2022-23 Jr. Basketball Cheer Season

Season Details

​(Season is from October 4th-February 2023 )

We are very excited to announce one of our newest cheer programs "THE CENTRAL CHEER CLUB!! This Cheer Club participates in local community events, Jr. Cheer Camp,  Central Jr. Basketball games & league cheer exhibition. 

This is a great opportunity for beginning cheerleaders or cheerleaders that are need a short commitment. The team practices on Tuesdays at PZC Cheer Gym from 6pm-7pm. Cheerleaders will learn courtside cheers, tumble, stunts and a dance routine.

NO TRYOUT IS REQUIRED for Central Cheer Club. Just sign up for a 5 month season or choose to cheer with us year round!!!

Practices
 Club Central Practices on  Tuesdays @ 6pm-7pm
1st Practice will be on October 4th
Location: PZC CHEER GYM- 9353 Mammoth Ave Baton Rouge La 70814
This location is 8 to 10 minutes from Central depending on traffic.

​​Youth Squad- 5-9
​Junior Squad: 10-15

Maroon, Black & Grey

​​New Cheerleader Cost
​
$150- Registration includes- Registration fee, Association Fee, tshirt, grey shorts & bow.

$100- Cheer Fundraiser- We ask that each cheerleader participate in a team fundraiser to help cover cost cheer.  This fee Includes: cheer Crewneck Sweater, rental skirt , Jr. Cheer camp, 2023 Mardi Gra Stunt clinic & exhibition fees for the season. Parents have the option to payout fundraiser if you do not want to participate in the fundraiser.

​Parents will provide black leggings & no show white socks.

​Total: $150 + $100 Fundraiser= $250

​Events
Central Cheer Club is a year round youth cheerleading program with performances or community
activities every month. Cheerleaders can join for
​1 season or participate all year!!

Note: Events & performances maybe subject to change or be canceled due to the unknow nature of covid19. Expenses for the season are paid on behalf of your athlete at the beginning of the season, therefore there will be no refunds if the season is required to be cut short due to local or national restrictions.

​All Central Club  Cheerleaders for 2023 Lollipop Cheer Exhibition! This is an opportunity to show family,  friends and other
cheer teams ​what they have learned during the season.
